ICE CREAM & YOGHURT PACKER

Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per Month
About the Position
A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join its Ice Cream & Yoghurt Production Team.
This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in the food manufacturing industry.
Successful applicants will work in a modern production facility where hygiene, food safety, product quality, and teamwork are the highest priorities.
As an Ice Cream & Yoghurt Packer, you will be responsible for packing, labeling, inspecting, and preparing frozen dairy products for storage and distribution.
You will ensure that every product meets the company’s quality standards before it reaches customers. No previous experience is required because comprehensive training will be provided to all new employees.
Job Responsibilities
Pack ice cream and yoghurt products according to daily production schedules and company standards.
Inspect products before, during, and after packing to ensure they meet quality and food safety requirements.
Check packaging materials for cleanliness and defects before use.
Label, seal, and pack products accurately according to production specifications.
Arrange finished products into cartons and prepare them for storage and shipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production line, packing stations, equipment, and work area.
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and food safety regulations.
Operate packing equipment and production machinery safely after receiving training.
Monitor products throughout the packing process to ensure consistent quality.
Report damaged products, packaging defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
Handle frozen products carefully while maintaining product quality.
Assist with sorting, counting, weighing, and organizing products before packaging.
Support warehouse staff during product transfers and inventory preparation when required.
Load and unload production materials safely.
Maintain accurate production records and packing documentation.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
Perform cleaning and sanitation duties before, during, and after production.
Assist with general production tasks assigned by supervisors.
Ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
No previous experience is required.
Training will be provided for all successful candidates.
Minimum secondary school education or equivalent is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Able to lift, carry, and move products when necessary.
Comfortable working in a cold production environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
Hardworking with a positive learning attitude.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Punctual and able to meet attendance requirements.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong commitment to quality and productivity.
Willing to perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
