Up to SGD 3,200 Gross per month

Job Overview
We are currently seeking motivated, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our warehouse operations team as Warehouse Sorters and Packers.
This role involves handling, sorting, packing, labeling, weighing, and preparing fresh produce and grocery products for distribution.
The successful candidate will ensure that all products are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, able to perform manual handling tasks, and willing to work night shifts in a cold room environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately according to picking lists.
Sort fresh fruits and vegetables based on product type, quality, and destination.
Weigh products accurately before packing.
Pack fresh produce according to company standards.
Wrap products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Label products correctly with the required information.
Inspect products for quality before packing.
Remove damaged or spoiled products immediately.
Handle grocery products including rice, flour, cooking oil, meat, frozen products, and other food items.
Maintain product quality throughout the packing process.
Ensure all packed products meet company quality requirements.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures when handling inventory.
Assist in receiving incoming deliveries.
Load and unload products safely when required.
Organize products in the designated warehouse storage areas.
Prepare orders for shipment and delivery.
Perform stock counting and inventory checks when assigned.
Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organized.
Dispose of waste according to company procedures.
Follow all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Operate basic warehouse equipment safely after receiving training.
Support daily warehouse operations as directed by supervisors.
Perform any additional warehouse duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Able to work permanent night shifts.
Willing to work 6 days per week.
Comfortable working in a cold room environment.
Physically fit for manual handling and warehouse work.
Able to lift and carry heavy items when required.
Good physical stamina and endurance.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout long working hours.
Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
Punctual with good attendance.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive working attitude.
Willing to learn new warehouse procedures.
Able to follow company rules and safety regulations.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, or distribution operations.
Experience handling fresh food products is an added advantage.
