Job Summary

Our company is currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Assistants to join our warehouse operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing customer orders, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

 

You will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure all operational targets are achieved while following company procedures and workplace safety regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipment quantities against delivery documents.

Inspect incoming goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.

Record and update inventory transactions accurately.

 

Pick customer orders according to picking lists.

Pack products carefully and securely for delivery.

Label cartons and shipments correctly.

Prepare goods for dispatch according to company procedures.

Load and unload products from trucks and containers.

 

Organize inventory within designated warehouse storage locations.

Perform stock replenishment whenever necessary.

Conduct routine stock counting and cycle counts.

 

Assist in periodic inventory audits.

Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

 

Follow workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Handle warehouse equipment safely.

Report damaged goods or equipment to supervisors immediately.

 

Assist with returns processing when required.

Support daily warehouse operational activities.

Complete assigned tasks within required timelines.

 

Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

 

No previous warehouse experience is required.

Full training will be provided.

Minimum secondary school education is preferred.

 

Able to communicate and understand basic English.

Physically fit and healthy.

Able to lift and carry items weighing between 15 kg and 20 kg.

 

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Willing to work permanent night shifts.

Able to work overtime when operationally required.

 

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.

Forklift licence will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.

 

Singapore Citizens only.

Salary and Benefits
