ABOUT THE COMPANY
Changi Airport Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our Airport Operations Team as a Trolley Assistant (Permanent Night Shift).
This position is responsible for ensuring airport luggage trolleys are always available, clean, organized, and accessible to passengers throughout the airport terminals.
You will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of one of the world’s leading international airports by maintaining smooth trolley circulation and assisting in creating a positive travel experience for millions of passengers every year.
No previous experience is required. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-the-job training before starting their duties.
SALARY PACKAGE
Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 3,300

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Trolley Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting, transporting, arranging, and redistributing luggage trolleys throughout the airport. Your role ensures that passengers always have convenient access to luggage trolleys whenever required.
You will work closely with airport operations personnel and supervisors to maintain efficient trolley movement while ensuring compliance with all airport safety regulations and company operational procedures.
This position involves physical work, teamwork, responsibility, and maintaining high operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collect luggage trolleys from arrival halls.
Collect luggage trolleys from departure halls.
Collect luggage trolleys from taxi stands.
Collect luggage trolleys from bus bays.
Collect luggage trolleys from MRT stations connected to the airport.
Collect luggage trolleys from public transportation areas.
Collect luggage trolleys from airport car parks.
Collect luggage trolleys from passenger drop-off and pick-up points.
Redistribute luggage trolleys to terminals based on passenger demand.
Ensure all trolley stations remain adequately stocked throughout the shift.
Arrange trolleys neatly according to airport operational standards.
Remove damaged or unsafe trolleys from circulation.
Report damaged trolleys immediately to the maintenance team.
Monitor trolley inventory across all designated airport locations.
Ensure smooth circulation of airport trolleys during peak operating hours.
Maintain cleanliness of trolley collection and storage areas.
Follow all airport safety regulations.
Comply with airport security procedures.
Wear company-issued uniform and PPE at all times while on duty.
Operate trolley collection equipment safely after receiving training.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational issues.
Respond promptly to urgent operational requests.
Support airport operations during high passenger traffic periods.
Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
No working experience required.
Training will be provided.
Minimum education is preferred but not compulsory.
Able to communicate in basic English.
Physically fit and healthy.
Able to stand and walk for long hours.
Able to push multiple luggage trolleys safely.
Able to perform manual handling tasks.
Responsible and hardworking.

WORKING HOURS
Permanent Night Shift
Working Time:
10:20 PM – 6:40 AM
Working Schedule:
Five working days per week.
Two rotating off days.
Meal break provided.
Overtime available according to operational requirements.
