URGENT HIRING – TROLLEY ASSISTANT
NIGHT SHIFT | CHANGI AIRPORT, SINGAPORE
We are urgently looking for hardworking, responsible, and physically fit individuals to join our airport operations team as Trolley Assistants at Changi Airport, Singapore.
This is a full-time permanent position suitable for applicants who are looking for stable employment, competitive monthly income, training opportunities, and additional benefits. No previous experience is required as training will be provided.

Up to SGD 3,500 per month
Salary may include applicable allowances, overtime opportunities, and performance-related incentives according to company policies and working arrangements.
WORKING HOURS
10:20 PM – 6:40 AM
Applicants must be comfortable working during night hours and maintaining consistent attendance throughout the scheduled shift.
WORK SCHEDULE
5 Days Work / 2 Days Off
Employees will work five scheduled days followed by two days off, subject to operational requirements and the assigned roster.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Trolley Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring passenger luggage trolleys are available, organized, clean, and safely positioned throughout assigned areas of Changi Airport.
You will play an important role in supporting smooth airport operations and helping passengers conveniently access luggage trolleys when arriving at or departing from the airport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect passenger luggage trolleys from designated areas and return them to assigned trolley points.
• Ensure sufficient trolleys are available at passenger arrival and departure areas.
• Arrange and organize trolleys neatly according to airport operational procedures.
• Move trolley trains or groups of trolleys safely to designated locations.
• Assist in maintaining trolley availability during busy airport periods.
• Check trolleys regularly and identify damaged, defective, or unsafe equipment.
• Report damaged or faulty trolleys to the supervisor or relevant department.
• Remove damaged trolleys from service when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around trolley collection and storage areas.
• Follow all airport safety rules, security procedures, and operational instructions.
• Work carefully around passengers, airport vehicles, equipment, and other operational activities.
• Assist passengers when appropriate by directing them toward available trolley areas.
• Respond promptly to instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Support the team during peak passenger periods and operational requirements.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently within the scheduled working hours.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and helpful attitude toward passengers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties related to trolley operations as assigned by management.
DAILY WORK ACTIVITIES
The successful candidate will be expected to regularly walk around assigned airport areas, collect and organize trolleys, monitor trolley availability, and ensure trolley stations remain properly maintained.
The role requires physical movement, standing, walking, pushing and handling groups of luggage trolleys, especially during busy operational periods.
Employees are expected to follow instructions carefully and maintain awareness of their surroundings while working in an active airport environment.

REQUIREMENTS
