Production Operator / Packer

Job Summary

The Production Operator / Packer is responsible for supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes of sunflower oil products.

 

Employees will operate production machinery, inspect product quality, package finished goods, and ensure all products meet company quality standards.

 

Workers are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness, following food safety regulations, and complying with workplace safety procedures throughout every stage of production.

 

Successful candidates will receive practical training on machine operation, packaging procedures, quality control, workplace hygiene, and safety requirements before beginning independent work.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operate automated and semi-automated production machinery.

Prepare production equipment before daily operations begin.

 

Monitor machinery during production and report abnormalities.

Fill, seal, and package sunflower oil products according to company standards.

 

Label finished products accurately before distribution.

Inspect packaging quality to ensure products meet company requirements.

 

Check bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials before use.

Conduct visual inspections to identify damaged or defective products.

 

Remove defective products from the production line.

Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and workstations.

 

Follow food hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.

Wear required personal protective equipment while working.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

 

Record production data when required.

Assist with loading and unloading production materials.

 

Organize finished products for storage and shipment.

Support warehouse personnel during product transfers when necessary.

 

Meet daily production targets assigned by supervisors.

Follow all operating procedures and company regulations.

 

Perform additional production-related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
