AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Production Operator

Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor confectionery production machines.

 

Prepare raw materials according to production schedules.

Ensure products meet production targets and quality standards.

 

Perform machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

 

Record daily production data accurately.

Assist with packaging and labeling when required.

 

Maintain cleanliness of the production area.

Quality Control Assistant

Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials before production.

Conduct quality inspections on finished products.

 

Perform routine quality testing according to company standards.

Maintain inspection records and reports.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

 

 

Report quality issues and assist in corrective actions.

Work closely with the production team to improve product quality.

 

Warehouse & Logistics Staff

Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 per month

Job Responsibilities:

 

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery.

Organize warehouse inventory efficiently.

 

Perform stock counting and inventory reconciliation.

Update warehouse records using inventory systems.

 

Load and unload products safely.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

 

Admin & Operations Staff

Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 3,400 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle administrative documentation and filing.

Prepare reports and maintain company records.

Perform accurate data entry.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and management teams.

 

Schedule meetings and support daily office operations.

Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally.

 

Assist with operational planning and documentation.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Age between 20 and 40 years.

Minimum High School Certificate, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

 

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

 

Able to work independently andas part of a team.

Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Responsible, disciplined, honest, and hardworking.

 

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Able to follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
