POSITION DETAILS
Position: Store / Retail Stock Assistant

Monthly Salary: From HK$12,000
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Rest Days: 1 day per week, with additional rest days according to the assigned work schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Store / Retail Stock Assistant, your main responsibilities may include supporting the daily operations of the retail store and ensuring that products are properly arranged and available for customers.
Your duties may include:
Arranging and displaying products neatly on shelves and designated areas
Replenishing products when shelves are running low
Checking product quantities and assisting with inventory management
Receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise
Moving and arranging stock within the store or designated storage areas
Checking products and reporting damaged or missing items
Keeping storage areas organized and accessible
Assisting with stock counting and basic inventory checks
Supporting daily store operations
Maintaining a clean and organized working area
Assisting customers with basic inquiries when required
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Helping colleagues with daily retail tasks
Following store procedures and workplace instructions
Supporting other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or management
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Employees will work in a retail store environment handling toys, gifts, stationery, general merchandise, and other everyday products.
The position may involve standing, walking around the store, arranging merchandise, replenishing shelves, checking stock, and assisting with general store operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

WORKING HOURS

REST DAYS
Employees will receive:
1 day off per week
Additional rest days may be arranged according to the assigned work schedule and operational requirements.

SALARY
Monthly Salary: From HK$12,000
