JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that customers receive excellent service at all times.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation according to company standards.
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with cooking preparation and food presentation.
Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Serving food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Greeting customers and assisting them with menu selections and dining enquiries.
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash or electronic payments.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas, kitchen facilities, and workstations.
Cleaning tables, utensils, kitchen equipment, and restaurant facilities.
Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management.
Monitoring food and beverage supplies and reporting shortages to supervisors.
Following company procedures, workplace regulations, and food safety requirements.
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
Providing support during busy service periods and special events.
Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.
Completing additional duties assigned by supervisors or restaurant management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
No previous experience is required as training will be provided.
Candidates with restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, or food service experience are encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Ability to work rotating shifts.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Basic English communication skills will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures effectively.
