Factory workers will assist with general production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and factory operations according to the requirements of the employer.
Main Duties
Assist with daily factory and production operations
Perform production line duties
Operate basic machinery or equipment after receiving proper instructions
Assemble, sort, inspect, and pack products
Check products for visible defects or quality issues
Prepare finished products for storage or delivery
Assist with packing and labeling
Load and unload materials when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
Follow company procedures and workplace safety rules
Report problems, damaged products, or equipment issues to supervisors
Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the employer
Working Environment
Factory workers may work in production areas, warehouses, processing facilities, or other industrial workplaces. Depending on the employer, shift work, overtime, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks may be required.
