Retail Stock Assistant (Multiple Vacancies Available)

Full-Time Position

Monthly Salary

HKD 16,000 – HKD 20,000

Salary will be determined based on experience, work performance, attendance record, and overall suitability for the position.

 

 

Work Location

Multiple store locations across Hong Kong, including:

Hong Kong Island

Kowloon

New Territories

Job Responsibilities

The Retail Stock Assistant will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily store operations and maintaining an organized shopping environment for customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Organizing merchandise and arranging products neatly on display shelves.

 

 

Replenishing stock and ensuring products are adequately displayed at all times.

Monitoring inventory levels and reporting low-stock items when necessary.

Assisting with stock receiving, inspection, and storage procedures.

 

Supporting inventory counting and stock management activities.

Ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.

 

 

Maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring shelves, aisles, and storage areas remain tidy.

Assisting customers with basic inquiries regarding products and store services.

 

 

Supporting daily store operations and working closely with supervisors and team members.

Following company procedures, workplace safety standards, and operational guidelines.

 

 

Assisting during promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and inventory audits when required.

Helping ensure an efficient and positive shopping experience for customers.

 

 

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

No prior retail or stock management experience required.

Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

 

 

Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

 

Positive attitude and professional work ethic.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to follow instructions and company procedures.

 

 

Physically capable of handling stock replenishment and merchandise arrangement tasks.

Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule when required.

 

 

Working Hours

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Meal and rest breaks provided according to company policy.

Additional hours may be available depending on operational needs.

 

 

Work Schedule

6 working days per week.

1 rest day per week.

Rotating schedules may apply depending on store requirements.

 

Public holiday arrangements according to company policy and Hong Kong labor regulations.
