WORKING HOURS

09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Working hours may be adjusted according to the yacht owner’s schedule, charter activities, special events, and sailing arrangements. Flexibility and availability to accommodate operational needs are important for this role.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reception and Hospitality Services

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with boarding procedures.

 

Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the voyage.

Prepare and serve beverages, refreshments, and light meals.

 

 

Assist guests with seating arrangements and onboard facilities.

Ensure all guests feel comfortable and receive prompt assistance when needed.

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.

 

Support private events, celebrations, and charter activities onboard.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently.

 

Coordinate with other crew members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

 

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

 

 

Yacht Operations and Maintenance Support

Assist with the daily preparation of the yacht before departure.

 

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cabins, lounges, decks, and common areas.

 

 

Ensure all onboard facilities are clean, presentable, and ready for guest use.

Organize supplies, inventory, and hospitality materials.

 

 

Support routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Assist in maintaining safety standards throughout the yacht.

 

Help prepare equipment and facilities for voyages and events.

 

 

Work closely with management and crew members to ensure smooth operations.

Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors or yacht management.

 

 

SALARY PACKAGE

Monthly Salary: NT$45,000

Additional incentives may be available based on performance, attendance, and operational requirements.

 

 

DAYS OFF

Two Rest Days Per Week

Work schedules will be arranged according to operational requirements and yacht sailing schedules.

REQUIREMENTS

Male and female applicants are welcome.

No previous yacht experience is required.

Hospitality, tourism, hotel, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

 

 

TRAINING PROVIDED

All successful applicants will receive comprehensive training before commencing their duties.

 

Training will cover hospitality service standards, guest interaction, workplace safety, onboard procedures, and daily operational responsibilities to ensure confidence and success in the role.
