Receptionist

Provide professional front desk services, welcome guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

 

F&B Service Crew

Deliver excellent food and beverage service in hotel restaurants, cafés, banquet events, and room service operations.

 

Bellboy

Assist guests with luggage, escort guests to rooms, explain hotel facilities, and provide friendly customer assistance throughout their stay.

 

Kitchen Helper

Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, ingredient handling, cleaning duties, and kitchen organization while maintaining food safety standards.

 

General Helper

Provide operational support across multiple hotel departments, assist with inventory movement, housekeeping support, and general daily hotel operations.

 

MONTHLY SALARY

SGD 2,200 – SGD 5,200 Per Month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping

Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.

Vacuum carpets and clean floors.

Clean bathrooms thoroughly.

 

Replenish toiletries and room supplies.

Report maintenance issues promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas.

 

Ensure guest satisfaction through quality housekeeping services.

Follow hotel hygiene procedures.

 

Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.

Receptionist

Welcome guests professionally.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures.

Handle room reservations.

 

Process guest payments.

Answer telephone calls and emails.

 

Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.

 

Maintain accurate guest records.

Promote hotel facilities and services.

Deliver exceptional customer service.

 

F&B Service Crew

Prepare restaurant before opening.

Welcome and seat customers.

 

Present menus and explain promotions.
