JOB LOCATION
Poland
Work will be performed in modern indoor mushroom farming facilities equipped with professional production systems that operate throughout the year.
SALARY
Basic Salary: 24.2 PLN per Hour
Estimated Monthly Income: Depending on working hours, attendance, overtime, and production requirements.
Overtime Earnings: Up to 6,000+ PLN per Month
Additional overtime opportunities are available during peak production seasons and are paid according to company policy and Polish labor regulations.

Contract Duration:
1-Year Renewable Employment Contract
3-Year Temporary Residence Card (TRC) Support Available
Employment is conducted under legal Polish labor regulations with official employment documentation provided by the employer.
WORKING HOURS
8–10 Working Hours per Day
5–6 Working Days per Week
Overtime Available
Rotating Work Schedule Depending on Production Requirements
Rest Breaks Provided During Working Hours
Actual schedules may vary according to production volume and seasonal demand.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mushroom Farm Worker, your daily duties may include:
Harvesting fresh mushrooms according to quality standards.
Picking mushrooms carefully to prevent damage.
Sorting mushrooms by size, quality, and grade.
Packing mushrooms into trays, cartons, or retail packaging.
Labeling packaged products correctly.
Inspecting mushrooms for quality control.
Removing damaged or unsuitable mushrooms.
Cleaning harvesting equipment and workstations.
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Following production schedules and supervisor instructions.
Assisting with general indoor farm operations.
Preparing products for storage and shipment.
Keeping the work area clean and organized at all times.
Supporting warehouse and packing operations when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Age: 20–45 Years Old

Previous experience in agriculture, farming, harvesting, food production, or packing is an advantage but is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
