HK$17,000 – HK$24,000+ per month

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Station Assistant
Responsible for supporting daily station operations, assisting passengers, maintaining smooth station services and helping ensure a safe and comfortable environment for passengers.
Customer Service Staff
Provide professional customer service and assistance to passengers, respond to enquiries, provide travel information and assist passengers with their needs.
Passenger Service Staff
Assist passengers throughout their journey, provide information and guidance, handle passenger enquiries and help maintain a high standard of passenger service.
Platform Assistant
Assist with platform operations, passenger flow management, safety procedures and maintaining an orderly and safe platform environment.
Station Operations Support Staff
Provide operational support for daily station activities and assist the station team in maintaining efficient, safe and reliable railway services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily station operations and passenger services.
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service to passengers.
Answer passenger enquiries and provide accurate travel and station information.
Assist passengers with directions, ticketing enquiries and general travel-related assistance.
Support passenger flow management during busy periods.
Assist with station crowd management and maintain an orderly environment.
Monitor station facilities and report any irregularities or operational issues.
Assist with platform and station safety procedures.
Support the station team in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Handle daily operational duties according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Provide assistance during weekends, public holidays and special events when required.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth station operations.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or station management.
