Position Information

Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Changi, Singapore

Industry: Aviation Logistics & Cargo Operations

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,000

Completion Bonus: 1 Month Salary Completion Bonus

Working Schedule: 4 Working Days, 2 Rest Days

Transportation: Company Transport Provided

Training: Comprehensive On-the-Job Training Provided

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse and air cargo operations. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Handle daily aviation cargo and logistics operations efficiently.

Load and unload cargo shipments safely and accurately.

 

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.

Prepare outgoing shipments according to company procedures.

Track inventory levels and update warehouse records.

Monitor cargo movement and ensure timely deliveries.

 

 

Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment safely.

Label, sort, and organize cargo based on shipment requirements.

Perform stock counting and inventory reconciliation.

 

 

Ensure all cargo documentation is completed accurately.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics supervisors.

Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.

 

 

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.

Report damaged cargo or operational issues immediately.

Support loading and unloading of aircraft cargo when required.

 

Assist in packing, wrapping, and palletizing shipments.

Perform general warehouse duties assigned by supervisors.

 

Ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.

Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Complete additional operational tasks as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

We welcome candidates who are motivated and willing to learn. The ideal applicant should possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, cargo handling, or cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.

 

No experience is required as training will be provided.

Physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, and pull cargo safely.

Able to stand and walk for long working hours.

Responsible, punctual, reliable, and hardworking.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to follow instructions and company procedures.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

 

 

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and public holidays when required.

Must maintain good attendance and work discipline.
