JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking motivated, responsible, safety-conscious, and physically fit candidates for opportunities in Aircraft Refuelling and Fuel Operations in Singapore.

 

Aircraft Refuelling and Fuel Operations is an important part of airport ground operations. The team is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient supply of aviation fuel to aircraft before departure and during aircraft turnaround operations.

 

Successful candidates will work as part of an airport operations team and may be responsible for aircraft refuelling, fuel equipment operations, vehicle and equipment inspections, fuel handling procedures, ground support activities, documentation, and coordination with other airport personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform aircraft refuelling and fuel-related ground operations according to approved company procedures.

Assist with the safe and efficient delivery of aviation fuel to aircraft.

 

 

Operate aircraft refuelling vehicles, fuel equipment, pumps, hoses, and other ground support equipment when authorised and trained.

Position and connect refuelling equipment correctly according to established operating procedures.

 

 

Conduct required pre-operation and post-operation checks on vehicles and equipment.

Inspect hoses, couplings, connections, meters, safety equipment, and other relevant equipment before use.

 

 

Ensure all refuelling activities are carried out carefully and in accordance with airport safety requirements.

Monitor fuel transfer operations and immediately report unusual conditions, equipment problems, leaks, spills, or other hazards.

 

Follow established procedures for fuel handling, aircraft servicing, equipment operation, and emergency response.

Maintain a clean and safe working area around aircraft, refuelling vehicles, equipment, and operational zones.

 

Support aircraft turnaround operations by completing assigned duties safely and efficiently within the required timeframe.

Coordinate with supervisors, ground handling personnel, aircraft crews, maintenance teams, and other airport operational staff when required.

 

Complete operational records, checklists, fuel-related documentation, and other assigned paperwork accurately.

Report operational incidents, equipment defects, safety hazards, or irregularities to supervisors immediately.

 

Follow all company policies, airport regulations, security procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

Assist with other operational duties related to aircraft fuel services and airport ground operations when required.

 

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
