JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Aerospace Logistics Assistants to support daily aircraft cargo, warehouse and airport logistics operations in the Changi Airport area. This position is suitable for candidates who are looking to start or develop their career in the aviation, aerospace and logistics industry.
The successful candidate will assist with cargo handling, loading and unloading, inventory management, cargo preparation and coordination with airport and warehouse teams. Candidates with no previous experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
The role requires employees to follow operational procedures, workplace safety requirements and airport security regulations while ensuring that cargo and logistics activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily aerospace and aircraft logistics operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing aircraft cargo and logistics materials.
Load and unload cargo from aircraft and designated transport vehicles.
Move cargo safely between warehouse, loading and operational areas.
Check cargo, packages and materials before handling or movement.
Prepare cargo according to operational requirements.
Sort, organize and arrange cargo in designated areas.
Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled.
Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Record and update inventory and stock information.
Check quantities and identify discrepancies when required.
Maintain proper documentation for cargo and logistics activities.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel and airport operations teams.
Assist supervisors with daily logistics assignments.
Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
Ensure all cargo handling activities follow company procedures.
Follow airport safety and security requirements at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Report damaged, missing or incorrectly handled cargo immediately.
Perform regular checks of equipment and work areas.
Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties when required.
Support smooth and timely movement of aircraft-related cargo.
Complete other duties assigned by management or supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
No previous aerospace or logistics experience required.
Full training will be provided.
Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
Able to lift, carry and move cargo or logistics materials when required.
Able to work in a busy airport and logistics environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Responsible, reliable and punctual.
Hardworking and willing to learn.
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work independently when required.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Must have a positive attitude toward work.
Must be willing to comply with workplace safety and airport security procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full-time contract employment.
Work location in the Changi Airport area, Singapore.
Shift-based working environment.
4 working days followed by 2 days off.
Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements.
Shift allowance may apply.
Work may involve standing, walking, lifting and moving cargo.
Employees must follow strict workplace safety and operational procedures.
SALARY & EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,300+
The salary package may consist of:
