Available Positions

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospitals, specialist clinics, rehabilitation centres, and community healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical and medical conditions.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.

 

Administer medications and treatments according to physician instructions.

Monitor patient recovery and report any changes in condition.

 

Perform clinical procedures safely and accurately.

Educate patients and family members regarding treatment and recovery.

 

Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ensure compliance with infection control and healthcare safety standards.

 

Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Enrolled Nurses support Registered Nurses in providing quality nursing services while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their healthcare journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist Registered Nurses with patient care.

Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.

Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.

 

Assist in medication administration under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.

 

Record nursing observations accurately.

Support patients with daily healthcare needs.

Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

 

Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Healthcare Assistants play an important role in supporting nursing staff and ensuring patients receive compassionate and efficient daily care.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

Help transfer patients safely between wards and departments.

 

Prepare beds and patient rooms.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Deliver meals and assist patients during mealtimes.

 

Transport medical equipment and supplies.

Support nurses during clinical procedures.

Observe patients and report concerns promptly.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Monthly Salary

Registered Nurse (RN): SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,500 per Month

International Healthcare Experience

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Nursing Qualification for RN or EN positions.

 

Healthcare Assistant applicants with healthcare experience are preferred; training may be provided for suitable candidates.

 

Valid professional registration where applicable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude.

 

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and able to perform healthcare duties.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

 

Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
