As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually engaging designs that support our company’s branding, marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, digital platforms, and printed materials. You will work closely with different departments to ensure every project reflects our brand identity while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Design and develop creative concepts for both digital and print marketing materials.

Create attractive artwork for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.

 

Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, banners, packaging, labels, company profiles, menus, business cards, promotional materials, exhibition displays, and advertising campaigns.

Produce engaging digital content for websites, email marketing, online advertisements, and e-commerce platforms.

 

Prepare print-ready artwork according to production and printing specifications.

Ensure all designs comply with company branding guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

 

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Production, and Management teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective creative solutions.

 

Revise and improve artwork based on internal feedback and client requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

 

Organize and maintain all design files, assets, templates, and project documentation.

 

Perform photo editing, image retouching, background removal, and image enhancement.

Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual assets whenever required.

 

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, printing technologies, typography, color theory, branding strategies, and digital marketing practices.

Ensure all final artwork meets quality standards before publication or production.

 

Support other creative, branding, and marketing activities assigned by the company.

Assist in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

 

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure production quality.

 

Maintain a high level of creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail in every project.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

 

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.

 

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, layout design, composition, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.

 

Experience in packaging design, product labeling, offset printing, digital printing, and pre-press preparation is highly preferred.

 

Ability to prepare print-ready artwork with accurate bleed, trim marks, color profiles, and production specifications.

Good knowledge of digital marketing materials and social media design requirements.

 

Excellent creativity with strong artistic and conceptual thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

Positive working attitude, responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

 

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

 

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required during the application process.

 

 

Salary & Benefits

Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500 per month
