Position Summary
As a Production & Packaging Staff member, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. You will assist in chocolate production, product inspection, packaging, labeling, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the production line.

Successful candidates will receive practical on-the-job training and will work alongside experienced supervisors and production staff.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare raw materials and packaging materials before production begins.

Assist in chocolate manufacturing according to company production procedures.
Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operation.
Pack finished chocolate products into boxes, cartons, or other packaging materials.
Perform quality inspections on products before packaging.

Check products for appearance, weight, labeling accuracy, and packaging quality.
Remove defective or damaged products from the production line.

Label finished products according to company and customer specifications.
Stack, organize, and prepare finished goods for warehouse storage.

Maintain cleanliness of machines, equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
Assist with loading and unloading production materials when required.

Report production issues, machine malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
Complete production records accurately.

Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
Perform additional production-related duties assigned by management.

Four working days per week.

Day shift available.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:.

Minimum 18 years of age.
No prior working experience required.

Able to lift and move light to moderate production materials.
