Average Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 10,000 (Including Commission, Incentives & Performance Rewards)

Working Schedule:

5–6 Days Work Week

Retail Shift Schedule (Morning / Afternoon / Evening)

Rotating Weekends and Public Holidays

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our luxury beauty retail team in Singapore.

 

As a Beauty Brand Ambassador / Beauty Specialist, you will represent internationally recognized beauty and skincare brands while delivering an outstanding shopping experience to customers.

 

You will receive comprehensive product knowledge training and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the luxury beauty industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and provide professional customer service.

 

Introduce and promote luxury skincare, cosmetic, fragrance, makeup, and beauty products.

Recommend suitable products based on customers’ skin type, beauty concerns, and personal preferences.

 

Conduct product demonstrations and explain product ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.

Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.

 

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

 

Maintain excellent knowledge of all products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.

 

Support team sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.

Arrange merchandise displays according to company visual merchandising standards.

 

Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually attractive.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

 

Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

Assist in store opening and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

 

Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns when required.

Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards at all times.

 

Requirements

Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent qualification.

Previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage but not required.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

 

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
