A reputable aerospace-related operation in Singapore is seeking suitable candidates for the position of Aerospace Warehouse Assistant in the East Region. This role is suitable for candidates with previous warehouse, logistics, product handling, or material-handling experience who are interested in developing their careers in the aerospace industry.
The successful candidate will support daily warehouse and engine-handling activities, including receiving operations, inventory management, material movement, parts delivery, storage coordination, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Working Hours and Shift Schedule
The position operates on a rotating 4 days work / 2 days off shift pattern.
Day Shift
6:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Employees assigned to the day shift will support warehouse and engine-related activities during normal daytime operations.
Night Shift
4:00 PM – 1:45 AM
Employees assigned to the night shift will perform warehouse, material movement, receiving, and related operational duties during the evening and night period.
Company Transport
Company transport is provided for employees working selected early-morning and late-night shifts, including transportation arrangements for the 6:30 AM and 1:45 AM shifts, subject to the company’s designated transport routes and arrangements.
Paid Training Programme
Candidates joining the company will receive a comprehensive paid on-the-job training programme lasting approximately 2–4 weeks.
The training is designed to help new employees understand the company’s warehouse procedures, material-handling processes, safety requirements, inventory systems, operational standards, and aerospace-related working environment.
Training may include practical guidance on:

Material identification and storage
Inventory and stock management
Parts and tool movement

Job Responsibilities
As an Aerospace Warehouse Assistant, you will support various warehouse and logistics functions within the aerospace facility.
Engine Receiving Operations
Coordinate and support engine receiving activities.
Assist with unloading engines and related equipment according to established procedures.
Transfer engines and engine stands to designated areas.
Inspect incoming engine stands and related materials for proper condition and identification.
Ensure engine stands are parked and positioned at the correct designated locations.
Follow all required safety and operating procedures during engine receiving activities.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth receiving operations.
Engine and Equipment Movement
Execute engine and engine-stand movements between the main warehouse and external storage facilities.
Coordinate the movement of materials according to operational requirements.
Ensure items are transferred to the correct locations.
Assist with maintaining accurate records and location information for moved materials.
Follow established procedures when handling or transferring aerospace-related equipment.
Ensure all movements are carried out safely and efficiently.
Inventory and Stock Management
Manage and maintain the main warehouse stock inventory.
Perform regular stock checks and inventory verification.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated.
Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
Maintain proper location information for stored materials.
Keep accurate location plans for warehouse materials.
Ensure materials are stored in their designated areas.
Support proper inventory organization to improve warehouse efficiency.
Chemical Storage and Material Location
Maintain accurate location plans for all warehouse materials.
Support proper organization and identification of chemical cabinets and other designated storage areas.
Ensure materials are placed according to established storage requirements.
Follow company procedures when handling materials requiring specific storage arrangements.
Report any irregularities, damaged materials, or storage issues to the relevant supervisor.
Parts and Tools Delivery
Deliver and collect serviceable parts within the plant facility.
Transport new components and tools to designated departments or work areas.
Collect parts, equipment, and tools when required by internal teams.
Ensure all items are delivered to the correct location.
Handle parts and equipment carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain proper documentation and tracking where required.
Warehouse Housekeeping and 5S
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow the company’s 5S workplace standards.
Ensure work areas, storage locations, aisles, and designated operational areas remain properly organized.
Return tools, equipment, and materials to their assigned locations after use.
Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or housekeeping issues promptly.
Participate in warehouse improvement and housekeeping activities.
Compliance and Safety
Follow all company operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Comply with instructions provided by supervisors and warehouse management.
Use appropriate handling methods for engines, components, tools, and other materials.
Maintain awareness of workplace hazards.
Report incidents, discrepancies, damaged items, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Support a safe and efficient working environment at all times.
Job Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, product handling, or a related field is required.
Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment will be advantageous.
Candidates should be comfortable performing physical warehouse and material-handling duties.
Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
Able to work according to a 4 days on / 2 days off schedule.
Willing to work in the East Region of Singapore.
Able to follow detailed operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Good attention to detail, especially when handling inventory and material locations.
Responsible and reliable when handling company equipment, parts, tools, and materials.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work independently when required.
Willing to undergo the company’s paid training programme.
