JOB OVERVIEW
7-Eleven is looking for responsible, friendly, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates at outlets located near major MRT lines in Singapore’s Central Area, including NEL, EWL, CCL and DTL.
This is a suitable opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with customers, learning new skills, and supporting daily retail operations. No previous experience is required, as training will be provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
Operate the cashier and handle payment transactions accurately.
Process cashless and other payment methods.
Replenish shelves and arrange merchandise neatly.
Check product displays and maintain proper stock presentation.
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise.
Monitor product availability and inform supervisors when restocking is required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Support daily opening and closing store procedures.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Assist with other retail duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Age 21 years old and above.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to perform shift work when required.
No previous retail experience required.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

SALARY
Full-Time: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,500 per month
Part-Time: SGD 12.50 per hour

Positions are available at 7-Eleven outlets located around Singapore’s Central Area, with convenient access to major MRT lines:
NEL — North East Line
EWL — East West Line
CCL — Circle Line
DTL — Downtown Line
