OVERVIEW

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining airport security standards by conducting passenger and baggage screening before departure flights. No previous experience is required. Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply as full training and certification will be provided before deployment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct security screening of passengers prior to boarding flights. Inspect carry-on baggage using X-ray screening systems. Operate security equipment including metal detectors and screening devices. Verify compliance with airport security procedures and regulations. Monitor security checkpoints and ensure smooth passenger flow.
Detect prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items. Escalate suspicious findings to supervisors and relevant authorities. Perform random security inspections when required. Assist passengers with security screening procedures. Provide clear directions and customer assistance when necessary.
Maintain accurate incident and screening reports. Follow all aviation security protocols and safety regulations. Ensure screening equipment is used correctly and safely. Support airport operational requirements during peak travel periods. Respond professionally to security-related situations. Cooperate with airport authorities, airline personnel, and fellow team members.
Participate in ongoing training and security awareness programs. Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times. Protect confidential information related to airport security operations. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 N Level qualification or equivalent. Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome. No prior aviation security experience required. Good communication skills in English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service-oriented mindset. Able to work independently and within a team environment. Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined. Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Able to work rotating shifts. Willing to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled. Able to undergo mandatory training and certification. Must successfully pass background and security clearance requirements where applicable.

WORKING HOURS

TRAINING PROGRAM
Selected candidates will undergo approximately 2.5 weeks of paid training covering:
