Job Responsibilities
Receptionist
Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Bellman
Assist guests with luggage handling.
Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
Provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
Housekeeping Attendant
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
Replace amenities and supplies as required.
Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
Kitchen Staff
Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Support chefs and kitchen supervisors during daily operations.
Waiter / Waitress
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Take customer orders accurately.
Ensure excellent dining experiences and customer satisfaction.
Service Crew
Support daily hotel and restaurant operations.
Assist customers with inquiries and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and service quality standards.
Cashier
Process customer payments accurately.
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions.
Prepare daily sales and transaction reports.
Security Officer
Monitor hotel premises and ensure safety.
Conduct regular security inspections.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Driver
Transport guests, staff, or hotel materials when required.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
Follow traffic regulations and company procedures.
Technician
Perform maintenance and repair work.
Inspect hotel equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
Supervisor
Supervise daily departmental operations.
Monitor staff performance and service standards.
Assist management in achieving operational goals.
Operations Manager
Oversee hotel operational activities.
Manage departmental coordination and productivity.
Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Male and Female applicants are welcome.
Minimum age: 21 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory for selected positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
