POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. RECEPTIONIST
Receptionists are responsible for providing professional front-desk and guest services. Main responsibilities may include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations and inquiries, answering telephone calls, providing information about hotel facilities and services, handling guest requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that guests receive a professional and friendly service experience.
Candidates should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
2. WAITER
Waiters are responsible for providing food and beverage service to customers in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other hospitality establishments. Duties may include welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, responding to customer requests, maintaining dining areas, preparing tables, clearing used dishes, and ensuring that customers receive efficient and professional service.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience may be an advantage, although suitable candidates may also be considered based on employer requirements.
3. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in guest rooms and designated hotel areas. Duties may include cleaning and preparing rooms, changing bed linen, replacing towels, replenishing guest supplies, cleaning bathrooms, removing waste, reporting maintenance issues, and following established housekeeping procedures.
Candidates should be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
4. CLEANING STAFF
Cleaning staff are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic working environments. Responsibilities may include cleaning public areas, offices, facilities, floors, bathrooms, service areas, and other assigned locations.
Employees may be required to operate cleaning equipment, use cleaning materials correctly, dispose of waste appropriately, follow health and safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Service employees are responsible for assisting customers and providing professional support before, during, and after their service experience. Responsibilities may include answering customer questions, handling requests, resolving complaints, providing information, assisting with bookings or services, recording customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, patience, a professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
6. BARISTA
Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other drinks according to company standards. Duties may include taking customer orders, preparing beverages, operating coffee and beverage equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the preparation area, checking supplies, handling customer requests, and providing friendly customer service.
Candidates with previous barista, café, restaurant, or food and beverage experience may have an advantage.
7. KITCHEN STAFF
Kitchen staff assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities. Responsibilities may include preparing ingredients, washing and cutting food items, assisting chefs and cooks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes and equipment, organizing supplies, handling food safely, and following food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Candidates should be hardworking, physically fit for kitchen duties, able to work as part of a team, and willing to work flexible shifts when required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the position, employees may be responsible for following company policies and workplace procedures, maintaining professional standards, communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues, assisting customers and guests, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, completing assigned duties on time, and supporting daily hospitality operations.
