JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently. Duties include preparing reports, maintaining records, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting management with administrative tasks.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, processing requests, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building positive customer relationships.
Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and creating a professional first impression for visitors and clients. Duties include greeting guests, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, managing visitor records, and assisting with general office administration.
Sales Associate
Sales Associates assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge, promote company services, process sales transactions, maintain merchandise displays, and help achieve company sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Storekeeper
Storekeepers oversee inventory storage and stock management. Responsibilities include receiving goods, inspecting deliveries, recording inventory, organizing storage areas, monitoring stock levels, preparing inventory reports, and ensuring accurate stock control procedures.
Cleaner
Cleaners maintain workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Duties include cleaning offices, hallways, restrooms, workstations, and common areas. Additional responsibilities include waste disposal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Cashier
Cashiers handle customer transactions accurately and professionally. Responsibilities include processing payments, issuing receipts, balancing cash registers, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining efficient checkout operations.
Warehouse Assistant
Warehouse Assistants support warehouse operations through receiving, sorting, packing, labeling, loading, and unloading goods. They help maintain inventory accuracy, organize warehouse space, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Driver
Drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of goods, materials, or personnel. Duties include route planning, vehicle inspections, maintaining delivery records, ensuring timely deliveries, complying with traffic regulations, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
Security Officer
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of company premises. Duties include monitoring entrances and exits, conducting patrols, checking identification, responding to incidents, preparing reports, and ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Office Assistant
Office Assistants provide general administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include filing documents, photocopying, data entry, document preparation, mail distribution, and assisting office staff with daily operational activities.
Inventory Controller
Inventory Controllers monitor and manage inventory systems to ensure stock accuracy. Duties include conducting inventory audits, preparing stock reports, tracking inventory movements, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory control standards.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

WORKING HOURS
Working schedules vary according to the assigned position and employer requirements.
Standard working arrangements may include:
5 to 6 working days per week.
8 to 12 working hours per shift.
