JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for responsible, hardworking and physically fit individuals to join our team as Aerospace Logistics Assistants in Changi, Singapore. This is a full-time contract opportunity within the aerospace and airport logistics environment.
The successful candidates will support daily aircraft logistics and cargo-handling operations, including cargo movement, loading and unloading, inventory control, cargo preparation and coordination with warehouse and airport teams.
No previous experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates who are willing to work shifts and are interested in developing a career in the aerospace logistics industry are welcome to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Aerospace Logistics Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily logistics activities related to aircraft and airport operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling daily aircraft logistics and cargo operations according to established procedures.
Loading and unloading aircraft cargo, equipment and other assigned materials safely and efficiently.
Moving and arranging cargo within designated operational and warehouse areas.
Preparing cargo and materials for aircraft operations and scheduled transportation.
Checking cargo quantities and ensuring items are properly handled before movement.
Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
Conducting basic checks on cargo, equipment and materials before dispatch or loading.
Coordinating with warehouse personnel, airport teams and other operational departments.
Following workplace safety procedures and airport operational requirements.
Ensuring cargo and materials are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within assigned work areas.
Reporting damaged goods, discrepancies, safety concerns or operational issues to the relevant supervisor.
Assisting with other logistics and operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
Following all company procedures, safety requirements and operational guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
No previous experience is required.
Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
Able to work in a fast-paced airport and logistics environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
Able to follow instructions and established operating procedures.
Able to work independently as well as with a team.
Good communication skills are preferred.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Candidates should have a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is based in the Changi area and involves working in an airport and aerospace logistics environment.
The role may require employees to stand, walk, lift, move and handle cargo or materials during working hours. Employees must be prepared to work according to operational schedules and shift requirements.
Because airport logistics operations are time-sensitive, employees are expected to be punctual, responsible and able to follow safety and operational procedures at all times.
SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
The salary range is approximately SGD 2,700 – SGD 3,300+ per month, depending on the basic salary, applicable allowances, overtime and working arrangements.
Additional earnings may include overtime pay and shift-related allowances, subject to company policies and actual working hours.
Candidates should note that the final salary and allowances may vary depending on the employment contract, work schedule, overtime hours and applicable company conditions.

WORK SCHEDULE
The position follows a 4 Working Days, 2 Days Off schedule.
Employees may be required to work rotating shifts depending on operational requirements. Shift schedules may include different working hours, weekends and public holidays where necessary.
The exact shift timing will be communicated by the employer during the recruitment and onboarding process.
TRAINING PROVIDED
Candidates without previous aerospace or logistics experience are welcome to apply.
