Full-Time Security Officer Opportunity in Singapore

A full-time Security Officer position is available at Woodlands North MRT Station. This opportunity is suitable for applicants who are looking for a stable, long-term career in the security sector and are able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

 

 

No previous security experience is required. Sponsored training will be provided, and salary will be paid during the training period.

 

 

JOB DETAILS

Salary: Up to S$3,215 per month

Bonus: Up to S$4,500

SALARY AND TRAINING

Successful applicants can earn up to S$3,215 per month, including those without previous security experience.

 

Sponsored training will be provided to eligible candidates. Salary will also be paid during the training period, allowing new applicants to receive income while completing the required training.

 

There is also an opportunity to receive a bonus of up to S$4,500, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

 

 

WORKING HOURS

Applicants must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

 

There are two available work schedule schemes.

Scheme A:

3 days work followed by 1 day off.

Working hours are approximately 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM for the day shift or 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM for the night shift.

 

Scheme B:

4 days work followed by 2 days off.

Working hours are approximately 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM for the day shift or 7:30 PM to 8:30 AM for the night shift.

Applicants may indicate their preferred AM or PM shift. Shift availability is subject to available vacancies.

 

 

AVAILABLE START DATES

The current scheduled start dates are:

31 August

7 September

28 September

5 October

Applicants should be prepared to start according to the available training and deployment schedule.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at the assigned location.

 

 

Typical duties may include monitoring the premises, conducting security checks, controlling access to designated areas, responding to incidents and assisting with security-related matters.

 

 

The role may also involve monitoring activities within the assigned area, following established security procedures, reporting unusual or suspicious situations and assisting members of the public when required.

Security Officers are expected to remain alert throughout their shift and follow all company and site security procedures.

 

Additional duties may be assigned according to operational requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be Singaporeans.

Previous security experience is not required, as sponsored training will be provided.

 

Applicants must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts and must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.

 

 

Applicants should be responsible, alert, physically capable of carrying out the required duties and able to follow workplace procedures and instructions.

 

 

Good communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team will be advantageous.
