AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of hotel guest rooms and designated areas.

Job responsibilities include:

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Changing bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other room linen.

Cleaning bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room facilities.

Replenishing toiletries and guest supplies.

Checking rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Maintaining cleanliness in assigned public areas when required.

 

Reporting damaged equipment, missing items, or maintenance issues to supervisors.

Following hotel hygiene, safety, and cleanliness procedures.

 

2. RECEPTIONIST

Responsible for providing professional and friendly service to hotel guests and assisting with front desk operations.

 

Job responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests and providing assistance during arrival and departure.

Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Assisting guests with general enquiries about hotel services and facilities.

 

 

Handling reservations and updating guest information when required.

Responding to guest requests and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.

 

 

Maintaining accurate front desk records.

Providing information regarding hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.

Handling guest concerns professionally and assisting with solutions.

 

 

Maintaining a professional appearance and high standard of customer service.

3. F&B SERVICE CREW

Responsible for supporting daily food and beverage operations and providing quality service to hotel guests.

 

Job responsibilities include:

Preparing restaurant and dining areas before service.

 

 

Welcoming guests and assisting with seating arrangements.

Taking food and beverage orders accurately.

Serving food and beverages according to hotel service standards.

 

 

Clearing and resetting tables after guests finish their meals.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

 

Assisting with basic food and beverage preparation when required.

Checking tables, service areas, and restaurant equipment.

 

 

Working closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.

4. BELLBOY

Responsible for assisting hotel guests with luggage and providing general guest service support.

Assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage.

 

Transporting luggage to guest rooms when required.

Providing directions and basic information about hotel facilities.

 

Assisting guests with transportation arrangements when required.

 

 

Supporting guests during check-in and check-out.

Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with guests.

Assisting the front office team with other guest service duties when required.

 

 

5. KITCHEN HELPER

Responsible for supporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Washing, cutting, sorting, and preparing ingredients.

Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.

 

Keeping food preparation areas clean and organized.

Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with daily tasks.

Properly storing ingredients and kitchen supplies.

Handling kitchen equipment according to instructions.

Following food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.

6. GENERAL HELPER

SALARY

SGD 2,200 – SGD 5,200 per month
