Job Responsibilities
Pack, label, seal, and arrange ice cream and yoghurt products according to company standards and production requirements.
Ensure all finished products are packed neatly and accurately before being transferred to storage or delivery.
Inspect product quality, packaging condition, expiry dates, batch numbers, and labels before final packing.
Remove damaged, defective, or contaminated products from the production line immediately.
Operate basic packing machines and production equipment according to company procedures.
Assist machine operators during production when required.
Monitor production lines to ensure smooth packing operations throughout the shift.
Prepare cartons, packaging materials, labels, stickers, and packing supplies before production begins.
Arrange finished products onto pallets for warehouse storage and shipment.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, production lines, storage areas, and packing equipment at all times.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food hygiene regulations, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly while working in production areas.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure workplace safety.
Support daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Work closely with supervisors, quality control personnel, warehouse staff, and fellow production workers.
Report equipment faults, packaging issues, safety hazards, or production problems to supervisors immediately.
Assist with inventory movement and material replenishment when necessary.
Help load finished products for warehouse storage or delivery when required.
Perform stock counting and assist during inventory checks.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors or management to support daily operations.
Requirements
No previous working experience is required.
Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, factory production, warehouse operations, or packing will be an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended working hours.
Comfortable working inside a cold production environment.
Able to lift and move light to moderate cartons safely.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Able to follow company procedures and safety instructions carefully.
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
Basic English communication skills are preferred but not compulsory.
