Job Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment. Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and floor polishing.
Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, workstations, corridors, lifts, staircases, pantries, restrooms, and all common areas.
Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable throughout every shift.
Empty rubbish bins, collect waste, replace garbage bags, and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
Refill toiletries, tissue paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, air fresheners, and other consumable supplies whenever necessary.
Clean glass doors, mirrors, windows, tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, and office furniture.
Wipe and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, switches, lift buttons, railings, desks, and counters.
Operate cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, polishers, pressure washers, and other cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals according to workplace safety guidelines.
Inspect assigned work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair requirements to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all workplace health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Complete cleaning tasks according to the daily work schedule and company standards.
Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects whenever required.
Support teammates and perform additional cleaning duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Comfortable working permanent night shifts.
Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Responsible, punctual, honest, and dependable.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Able to understand workplace instructions and safety procedures.
Willing to follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Must be committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
