HOTEL CLEANERS (FULL-TIME)

We are currently hiring dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our professional housekeeping team in Singapore.

Whether you have previous hotel housekeeping experience or are new to the industry, comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

 

As a Hotel Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay.

 

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout guest rooms and hotel facilities while following company policies and hotel operating procedures.

 

Job Title: Hotel Cleaner

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Various Hotels Across Singapore

Monthly Salary: SGD 1,600 – SGD 2,400 (Depending on Experience, Qualifications, and Company Policy)

 

Working Schedule:

Full-Time Position

Shift Work Required

Weekend and Public Holiday Duties May Be Required

Overtime Available According to Operational Needs

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out housekeeping duties to ensure hotel rooms and public areas remain clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms before arrival and after guest check-out.

 

Make beds neatly and replace bed linens, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels.

Clean bathrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, bathtubs, and bathroom fixtures.

 

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, sweep walkways, and polish surfaces.

Dust furniture, televisions, lamps, shelves, windows, doors, and decorative items.

 

Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, tissues, bottled water, coffee, tea, slippers, and stationery.

Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.

 

Ensure rooms are properly arranged and presented according to hotel standards.

Clean hallways, elevators, staircases, lobbies, and other public areas when assigned.

 

Operate housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment safely.

Use cleaning chemicals correctly by following safety guidelines.

 

Report damaged furniture, faulty equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

 

Maintain proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and room amenities.

Follow daily work schedules and complete assigned rooms within the required timeframe.

 

Provide friendly and professional service whenever interacting with hotel guests.

Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

 

Follow workplace health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by supervisors or management.

 

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and personal qualities:

Age between 21 and 50 years old.

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the workday.

 

Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not compulsory.

Fresh applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

 

Able to communicate using basic English.

Responsible, honest, hardworking, and punctual.

 

Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

 

Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Able to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

 

No visible misconduct or poor employment record.

Must comply with company rules, hotel policies, and workplace safety procedures.
