Work Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts, including Day and Night Shifts, Weekends, and Public Holidays

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,205 – SGD 2,500

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our operations team as Patrol Officers at Changi Airport.

 

This position plays an important role in maintaining order, safety, and efficient parking operations within one of the world’s busiest international airports.

 

Successful candidates will conduct routine patrols, enforce parking regulations, assist customers when necessary, and ensure that all assigned areas remain safe, clean, and operational.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patrol Officer, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conduct routine patrols of assigned car park areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations.

 

Monitor vehicle movements and perform regular vehicle inspections throughout the assigned location.

 

Identify and attend to illegal parking incidents promptly and professionally.

 

Carry out wheel clamping procedures on vehicles involved in parking violations or non-payment of parking charges.

 

Respond to customer enquiries and provide service recovery assistance whenever required.

Report accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

 

Maintain proper housekeeping standards within assigned work areas.

 

Perform basic inspections and report any maintenance defects, damaged equipment, or operational issues.

 

Capture photographs and maintain accurate records during patrol duties whenever required.

Prepare clear and accurate daily reports, incident reports, and operational documentation.

 

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.

 

Cooperate with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B Motorcycle Licence.

Physically fit and capable of performing prolonged walking, standing, and outdoor patrol duties.

 

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

 

Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, professionalism, and integrity.

 

Good observation skills with the ability to identify irregularities and respond appropriately.

 

 

Calm, patient, and confident when dealing with difficult situations or challenging customers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends, public holidays, overtime, and night shifts whenever required.

 

Able to follow company procedures and maintain a high standard of discipline.

 

Previous experience in security, enforcement, patrol operations, customer service, or parking management will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
