SGD 2,080 – SGD 2,400 per month

The salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, work performance, attendance, and company policies.

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sunday

Rest Day

Job Responsibilities

The Condo Cleaner is responsible for ensuring all designated condominium areas remain clean, hygienic, safe, and presentable at all times. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Sweeping and mopping common area floors.

Vacuuming carpets where required.

 

 

Cleaning lift lobbies and elevator interiors.

Wiping lift buttons, mirrors, walls, and doors.

Cleaning staircases and emergency exits.

 

 

Dusting furniture and common area fixtures.

Cleaning glass doors and windows in common areas.

Maintaining the cleanliness of corridors and walkways.

 

Cleaning entrance areas and reception lobbies.

Emptying rubbish bins and replacing garbage bags.

 

Collecting and disposing of waste according to company procedures.

Cleaning public toilets and replenishing tissue and soap supplies.

 

 

Sanitizing high-touch surfaces regularly.

Cleaning handrails, mailboxes, and notice boards.

Removing stains from walls and floors whenever necessary.

 

Ensuring outdoor areas remain clean and litter-free.

Reporting damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors.

 

 

Following workplace health and safety regulations.

Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.

 

Assisting with additional cleaning duties assigned by supervisors.
