Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month (Basic Salary + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime + Incentives)

Job Summary

As a Trolley Assistant (Night Shift), you will play an important role in ensuring airport passengers always have access to clean and serviceable baggage trolleys throughout the airport terminals.

 

You will be responsible for collecting, redistributing, and maintaining baggage trolleys in designated locations while ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer convenience.

 

This position requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced airport environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Collect baggage trolleys from arrival halls, departure halls, boarding gates, airport terminals, car parks, taxi stands, bus bays, and surrounding airport facilities.

 

Ensure trolley stations remain fully stocked throughout the assigned shift.

 

Redistribute trolleys to designated collection points according to operational requirements.

 

Inspect baggage trolleys regularly to ensure they are clean, safe, and fully functional.

 

Remove damaged or defective trolleys from service and report maintenance issues immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolley collection areas.

 

Respond promptly to operational requests from supervisors.

Follow all airport safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and company policies.

 

Assist with special airport operational requirements when necessary.

Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Maintain professional conduct while working in public areas of the airport.

Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

 

Working Hours

Permanent Night Shift

Shift Timing: 10:20 PM – 6:40 AM

5 Working Days per Week

2 Rotating Rest Days

Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

No previous working experience required.

 

Training will be provided.

Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent preferred.

 

Physically fit and able to walk, stand, bend, and push baggage trolleys throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in a permanent night shift environment.

 

Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating rest days when scheduled.

 

Good communication skills in basic English.

Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Positive working attitude with good teamwork skills.

 

Able to follow airport operational procedures and safety regulations.
