Location: Sengkang, North-East Singapore
Position: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: SGD 2,000–2,800 per month (depending on experience and shift schedule)
Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
PSLE qualification or equivalent academic qualification
Able to communicate in basic English
Basic computer literacy
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Willing to work rotating shifts
Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
Comfortable performing hands-on patient care
Responsible, caring, patient, and trustworthy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Committed to delivering excellent patient care
Able to comply with hospital safety and infection control procedures
Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide daily support to nurses and patients while helping ensure efficient ward operations. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Prepare beverage trolleys before meal service
Assist patients with feeding under the supervision of registered nurses
Help distribute meals and drinks according to hospital procedures
Replenish ward supplies, medical consumables, and essential items
Ensure patient rooms and ward areas remain clean, tidy, and organized
Respond promptly to patient call bells
Assist nurses with basic nursing and patient care duties
Support patients with daily living activities whenever required
Help transfer or reposition patients safely when instructed
Observe patients and promptly report unusual conditions to nurses
Maintain patients’ comfort, dignity, and safety throughout their stay
Follow hospital infection prevention and control guidelines
Comply with workplace safety procedures and hospital regulations
Assist with general housekeeping duties within the ward
Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Perform any other duties assigned by nursing supervisors or hospital management
