Chocolate Factory – Production & Packaging Staff

Location: Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD 3,900 per Month

We are currently looking for dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our Production & Packaging team.

 

No previous experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for all successful applicants.

 

Position Summary

As a Production & Packaging Staff member, you will be responsible for supporting daily chocolate manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced, inspected, packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution according to company quality standards.

 

You will work in a modern, clean, air-conditioned, and food-safe manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

 

Job Responsibilities

Prepare raw materials and ingredients before production begins.

 

Measure, organize, and transfer ingredients according to production requirements.

Operate chocolate processing, molding, wrapping, sealing, and packaging machines.

 

Pack chocolate products into trays, pouches, boxes, cartons, and shipping containers.

Label, barcode, and prepare finished products for warehouse distribution.

 

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

Remove defective or damaged products from the production line.

 

Monitor machine performance and report operational issues immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.

 

Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Assist with stock counting, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

 

Load and unload production materials and finished goods when required.

Support supervisors and team members in achieving daily production targets.

 

Complete production records and perform other duties assigned by management.

Working Schedule

Full-Time Employment.

 

Four Working Days Per Week.

Day Shift and Night Shift Available.

Rotating Shift Schedule.

 

Overtime Available Based on Production Requirements.

Rest Days According to Company Roster.

Public Holiday Work May Be Required Depending on Operational Needs.

 

Requirements

Male or Female, aged 18 years and above.

No previous experience required.

Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome to apply.

 

Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.

Able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

 

Responsible, disciplined, honest, and punctual.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

 

 

Willing to learn and follow company procedures.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

 

 

Basic English communication is an advantage but not compulsory.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
