NIGHT SHIFT WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT / STOREKEEPER

Position Details
Position Night Shift Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper
Location Tampines, Singapore
Employment Type Full-Time
Working Shift Permanent Night Shift
Working Schedule 4 Working Days, 3 Rest Days
Monthly Salary SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,200
Overtime payment available according to operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive incoming goods and verify delivery quantities.
Inspect products for quality and report damaged items.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
Sort products according to warehouse procedures.
Label cartons and packages correctly.
Load and unload deliveries safely.
Arrange stock neatly within designated storage areas.
Perform stock replenishment when necessary.
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counting.
Assist with cycle counting and stock audits.
Update inventory records using warehouse systems.
Prepare goods for shipping and distribution.
Ensure all products are packed securely before dispatch.
Follow FIFO inventory procedures whenever required.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Keep aisles and storage areas safe and obstruction-free.
Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment after training.
Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Report inventory discrepancies immediately.
Work closely with supervisors and warehouse team members.
Complete daily operational targets efficiently.
Perform any other warehouse duties assigned by management.
