Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position applied for. Selected candidates may be responsible for operating trains according to company safety standards, monitoring railway operations, assisting passengers, managing station activities, maintaining railway tracks and infrastructure, inspecting rolling stock and signalling systems, repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, preparing operational reports, supporting engineering projects, maintaining inventory records, handling warehouse operations, providing customer service, coordinating logistics, performing administrative duties, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring all operations comply with Etihad Rail policies and UAE railway safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree depending on the position.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for selected vacancies.

 

Previous railway experience is an advantage but not mandatory for many positions.

Good communication skills in English.

Additional languages are considered an advantage.

 

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Physically fit and medically fit for employment.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Must be eligible to obtain a UAE Employment Visa.

 

Candidates must comply with all company employment requirements.

Working Schedule

Full-Time Employment

5 or 6 Working Days per Week

8 to 12 Hours per Shift

Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift Available depending on operational requirements.

Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.
