AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Admin Assistant
Support daily office administration, prepare documents, maintain records, organize files, perform data entry, answer emails and telephone enquiries, coordinate appointments, assist different departments, and ensure smooth office operations.
Admin Executive
Handle administrative coordination, prepare reports, manage documentation, communicate with internal departments, schedule meetings, monitor office procedures, assist management with operational planning, and maintain company records.
Production Operator
Operate production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), monitor manufacturing processes, inspect product quality, perform basic machine checks, maintain cleanliness of production equipment, follow food safety standards, and ensure production targets are achieved.
Warehouse Assistant
Receive incoming goods, inspect deliveries, arrange inventory, perform stock counting, prepare orders for dispatch, label products, load and unload goods, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Finance Assistant
Assist with invoice processing, payment verification, accounts payable and receivable, filing financial documents, updating accounting records, preparing reports, reconciling transactions, and supporting the finance department with daily administrative duties.
Technician
Carry out preventive maintenance on factory machinery, inspect equipment, diagnose technical issues, repair production machines, minimize equipment downtime, maintain maintenance records, and ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Cashier
Handle customer payments, process cash and electronic transactions, issue receipts, balance cash registers, provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate payment records, and ensure smooth checkout operations.
Cleaner
Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, production areas, warehouses, restrooms, meeting rooms, cafeterias, and common facilities. Sweep, mop, disinfect surfaces, dispose of waste properly, replenish cleaning supplies, and ensure a hygienic working environment.
Forklift Operator
Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products, load and unload trucks, organize warehouse storage, inspect forklift equipment before operation, follow workplace safety regulations, and assist warehouse operations when required.
SALARY
Monthly Salary: SGD 1,500 – SGD 2,900
Actual salary will depend on the position offered, qualifications, skills, and relevant working experience. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on operational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Secondary School education preferred.
