Shift Pattern: Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift, Night Shift, Rotating Shift (Subject to Operational Requirements)
Monthly Salary: SGD $2,100 – SGD $3,100
Overtime: Available and payable according to company policy.
Probation Period: According to company regulations.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Strawberry Packer plays an important role in ensuring fresh strawberries are processed, inspected, packed, and distributed according to strict quality control procedures. Every product must meet company standards before being delivered to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, following food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness throughout the workplace, and working efficiently to achieve daily production targets. This position requires attention to detail, careful handling of fresh produce, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful applicants will perform duties including but not limited to:
Sort fresh strawberries according to size, colour, freshness, and quality standards.
Inspect every strawberry carefully for bruises, mould, soft spots, damage, or other defects.
Remove damaged or unsuitable products from the production line.
Pack strawberries neatly into punnets, trays, or retail packaging.
Ensure packaging is clean, secure, and presentable.
Weigh packed products accurately using company equipment.
Label products according to company requirements.
Seal packaging correctly before distribution.
Arrange packed strawberries into cartons for transportation.
Prepare productsfor warehouse storage and customer delivery.
Maintain product freshness throughout the packing process.
Follow company food safety procedures at all times.
Observe hygiene regulations while handling food products.
Clean workstations, packing tables, containers, and equipment regularly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors immediately.
Work efficiently to achieve daily packing targets.
Assist supervisors with inventory counting when required.
Support warehouse operations during busy production periods.
Follow all workplace safety rules and operational procedures.
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum secondary education is preferred.
Able to communicate and understand basic workplace instructions.
Comfortable working in cold storage or low-temperature environments.
