TROLLEY ASSISTANT
Work Location Changi Airport, Singapore
Job Description
We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and physically fit individuals to join our team as a Trolley Assistant at Changi Airport, Singapore. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring airport trolleys are available, clean, and properly arranged for passengers at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Collect airport trolleys from terminals, arrival halls, departure halls, parking areas, and other designated locations.
Arrange and redistribute trolleys to ensure sufficient availability in all assigned areas.
Ensure all trolleys are clean, safe, and ready for passenger use.
Inspect trolleys and report damaged or faulty units to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of trolley collection points.
Work according to daily schedules and assigned operational zones.
Cooperate with supervisors and team members to achieve operational targets.
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Observe workplace safety rules and airport regulations at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor when required.
Working Schedule
Night Shift: 10:20 PM – 6:40 AM
5 working days per week.
2 rest days per week according to the company roster.
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
Public holiday and weekend shifts may be assigned according to the work schedule.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary up to SGD 3,300 per month.
Night shift allowance.
Attendance incentive.
Overtime payment in accordance with company policy.
SGD 1,000 retention bonus after completing 4 months of service.

Requirements
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Able to work permanent night shifts.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to follow company rules, SOP, and safety regulations.
No previous experience is required as training will be provided.
Candidates with relevant airport or logistics experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic English communication skills.
Good physical endurance.
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if scheduled.
