Working Schedule
4 Working Days, 2 Off Days
Rotating Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift

Job Summary
The Aerospace Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily warehouse and logistics operations for aircraft maintenance and aviation services.
The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and transporting aircraft materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with aviation safety standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse personnel, logistics coordinators, engineers, technicians, and airline maintenance teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily aircraft logistics and warehouse operations.
Receive incoming aircraft materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy.
Verify shipment details against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Load and unload aircraft materials safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for distribution.
Store aircraft components in designated storage locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
Update inventory movements and stock transactions.
Perform routine stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive aircraft components.
Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory procedures where applicable.
Assist in issuing spare parts for aircraft maintenance activities.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and maintenance departments.
Prepare shipping documentation and inventory reports.
Assist in packing and preparing outgoing shipments.
Ensure materials are delivered on time to maintenance teams.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Operate pallet jacks, hand trolleys, or other warehouse equipment where authorized.
Comply with company policies, aviation regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately.
Perform any additional logistics or warehouse duties assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent qualification.
Diploma or technical certification is an added advantage.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or aviation is preferred.
Fresh applicants with a strong interest in aerospace logistics are encouraged to apply.
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move materials safely.
Able to stand and work for extended periods.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
Able to perform overtime when required.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
Familiar with warehouse or inventory management systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
