JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Welcome guests warmly and assist with their requests.

Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Ensure all assigned duties are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Work closely with team members and other departments.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.

Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings.

Assist management with operational tasks when required.

Support hotel events and special functions.

Maintain company standards of quality and hospitality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
