Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our food production team as a Cold Room Packer (Fruit Preparation) in Singapore. Salary Package
Basic Salary: SGD 14.00 per hour
Overtime Rate: Up to SGD 21.00 per hour
Employees may have the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime work based on business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
Prepare fresh fruits according to company production standards.
Peel, wash, trim, slice, dice, and cut fruits accurately.
Support fruit preparation for Yee Sang production.
Sort fruits based on quality and freshness.
Remove damaged or unsuitable fruits before processing.
Pack prepared fruits into containers, trays, or packaging materials according to specifications.
Ensure products are properly sealed and labelled before distribution.
Maintain product quality throughout the preparation and packing process.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned daily targets.
Ensure all work is carried out according to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, utensils, and surrounding production areas.
Practice proper personal hygiene before and during work.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, hairnets, masks, aprons, and other required safety gear.
Handle fruits carefully to minimize product damage and waste.
Store products correctly within the cold room environment.
Monitor cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Report equipment malfunctions or damaged products to supervisors immediately.
Follow all company policies, food hygiene procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
Assist with stock movement and replenishment when required.
Support other production activities as assigned by supervisors.
Work efficiently with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred but not compulsory.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, food preparation, packing, production, warehouse, or factory work is an advantage.
Fresh applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Willing to work inside a cold room environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
Comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks.
Able to lift light to moderate items when necessary.
Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to understand and follow work instructions.

Committed to maintaining food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
